Hi, I’m Snah, Founder & Principal of Nava Partners, a first-generation American born to Indian immigrant parents who instilled in me the values of hard work and perseverance. Inspired by my grandfather—a freedom fighter and entrepreneur—I founded this business to support and empower small businesses in their growth journeys. With a software product management and development background, I bring a tech-focused, data-driven yet people-first approach to helping companies thrive. Our mission at Nava Partners is to preserve fundamental business values and amplify core strengths, reflecting the resilience and integrity of my family’s story. When I’m not working, you can find me playing golf and tennis, reading, following Formula 1, or volunteering with The Horological Society of New York.
Meaning behind our name
In Sanskrit, “Nava” means new and fresh, which reflects our firm’s spirit of innovative beginnings. Inspired by my grandfather, an Indian Freedom Fighter who became a successful business owner, I chose this name to honor my family’s legacy of resilience and creating opportunities for future generations. Nava Partners represents more than just a company name—it symbolizes the trusted, long-lasting partnerships we build with business owners, communities, and team members, all rooted in a commitment to growth and mutual success.
